my friends and i were walking back to school today minding our own business when someone in a red car started swearing at us a lot and told us to get the f____ out of the rode. we realized that there were no sidewalks by the rode or anything and it was deserted. he continued to scream f bombs at us as his wife or whatever slowly drived down the street. we thought this guy was just messin with us so one of my friends talked back to him. the guy pulled over by another car, came out with a glass bottle in the air ready to smash it against my friend, but then my friend yelled I'M A MINOR! YOU TOUCH ME YOU GO TO JAIL! he then backed off but kept on swearing at us and threatening us. we ran i called 911. what should i do next? i know the local crappy police dupartment wont do **** about it. anyone else been in this situation?

Well to start did you file a police report or did they just listen to your story and walk away? Technically nothing illegal happened here, unfortunately. You could try and get him cited for harassment but good luck with that. If anything happens, if you see him again and he strikes you in any way or lays a hand at you at all make sure you tell the officer you want to make a private persons arrest(formerly a citizens arrest) and you will have to testify in court about what happened

just give the police his plate number and description of him and the car and they would talk to him about it.

tell someone about him. Someone in your family or something. What i would of done is said F**K YOU and ran but that doesn't mean you have to. If he looks weak, defend yourself and fight back
