I was in a parking lot and my friend and i were messing around but not intentionally and we by accidentally got in a cars way. a CVS worker came out cursing and threatening to call the police if he sees us again and he's not even close to being the manager. Can he really do it and get away with acting like i was committing a major crime especially with out giving us a warning before asked to leave.

He did give you a warning, he asked you to leave. As an employee of CVS, this person likely has the legal right to ask you to leave the premises. |

Yes, he can. You were in his parking lot (the company's) loitering. Therefore he is allowed to. It doesn't matter if he was the manager or not, he still has permission by being employed there. |

He can call the police on you. What you guys were doing is loitering. The police officer will listen to the CVS employee before you so you will lose. However, the officer might just give you a warning instead of fining. |

Why don't you and your friend grow up and behave yourselves? You were disturbing the peace and causing problems in a public parking lot. You could have been arrested. Don't blame others for your foolish behavior. |

As long as your on their property: believe it or not you can be arrested for harassing their customers, you can say you weren't but the cop will say tell it to the judge !! |
