Todays pole...?

Do you think that the woman in todays daily paper in court for falsley crying "Rape" should be publicly named? This the woman who alleged she had been raped and allowing an innocent man go to jail for 3 years. She has been quoted to have alleged she has been raped on several occasions.

I am not condoning rape, as I know this is an evil and disgusting crime.

My vote is "Yes". Whats yours?

Maybe the government & law politicians will be reading this and listen to the public for once (the public are their employers afterall)

I agree she should be named and shamed. I also think that because he went to prison for 3 years, she should experience what he did for 3 years and go to prison. Don't get me wrong five times out of ten the man is guilty, but its just the one that gets tarred with the same brush. All the Police are bothered about is the Crime figures and closing of cases no matter what.

I feel she should be brought to trial and sentenced appropriately. What she did was and has done in the past is absolutely dreadful, wicked, and she should receive her just desserts.

Feelings are for the victims involved and their families and all that they have been through.

no she shouldnt. that would give some1 the opportunity to go and rape her for real safe in the knowledge that nobody would beleive her and would stand little chane of eing convicted. instead she should be sent to prison for falsely accusing of a crime and wasting police time. should also be made to pay the cost of the trial or at leasta major part of it.
