Truancy with someone already on probation?

okay so im onsupervised probation currently for motor vehicle theft, driving without a liscence and disorderly conduct. And im about to be expelled from school and i have a problem with skipping school, i have too meet with my probation officer. and skipping school violates my probation..what do you think my next step would be before forwarding my case?

It would seem you already know this one. Violation of probation tells the court that you can't follow rules. You will be detained and given a violation of probation hearing. As far as what will happen, the PO will write his report to his supervisor, who will forward everything to the court system.

If you were an adult with these charges, it would mean some serious time as felonies. As a juvenile, I would expect 6 months or so in juvy hall followed by tighter probation.
