Underage consumption ticket in arizona.?

i'm 19 years old and last week i got an underage consumption ticket; i live in arizona and its my second offense. i got a dui in california a year and a half ago. i have court in may but i'd like to know what i'm up against beforehand.

please lemme kno if u may have an idea.

Is the underage consumption your second offense in Arizona? Or are you counting the DUI as your first offense?

You need to find out what evidence has been turned over to the prosecutor's office. File a discovery motion. They have to give you all the evidence they have. A ticket is not evidence. Don't assume based on what happened at the time. Things can get lost or changed.

If you plead guilty, In addition to fines, possible jail, and probation, you will also face a two-year mandatory license suspension. You may receive a restricted driving permit during this period, usually allowing you to drive to and from work and school.

I don't think you would see any jail time, though.

your 19 ok got a dui at 17 now your getting in trouble for alcohol consumption sounds like you better give up drinking before you go to prison or kill someone and then go to prison for a realy long time
