the car was searched and i was charged with second degree controlled substance i took a plea my house was issued a search warrant and in it states that i sold to a confidential reliable informant i asked my lawyer if anything was going to come of this he states no but a year later in getting charged with the sales

was charged with this in 9-10-08 can they charge me again since it was in the paper work of the search warrant which the county is chargeing me with it again
