You need an attorney. NOW. Call the clerk of courts to find out if they will even accept payments from you. They may say, oh there is a court date for that, you need to appear first. You also need to show up for that court date. Expect the total amount of the fines, plus interest plus a fine plus court costs. If you do not, you will only compound your problems. An attorney is unfortunately very expensive but he/she may be able to persuade the court to keep you out of jail(so you can keeping working or get a job to pay the state) or get you a low bond amount.

ONly an attorney knows about any loopholes, but once there is a warrant, expect complications. Our court system is too complicated to go in there alone. You should also expect that attorneys demand to be paid in full, upfront. Be sure you are clear on what you are paying for...example...for $2000 you are my attorney from the start to the resolution of this case, including a possible trial.

Maybe you should have taken the resposibility to pay your TICKETS!!! Then you would not be in this situation.

A warrant means you are under arrest now.
You can turn yourself in to jail and wait for your court date.
Or you can wait to be picked up at home or work.
Depending on your violations, misdemeanors usually carry fines.
If you were in possession of drugs or drug paraphenalia, you may get probation, drug classes and community service. Other violations are similar.
You will see a judge to set up a court date.
An attorney can be a great help for these ticky-tacky details.

Settle? Too late for that. You had the chance to pay the tickets.

You could always contact a lawyer and ask there advice and how and what to do. As for loopholes that is for politicians not us common folks. Suggest you get that ticket behind you because you can get arrested when you get stopped for anything and they run a check on you. Which is the standard SOP.Now you are talking about more money involved. You did a very stupid thing.

If you get caught through a traffic stop, you will go to jail.

Call up the local court clerk and ask when to show up. You''ll have to go there, when called. Go before the judge, and explain yourself. You'll have to pay a large fine, interest on the fines since not paid. He may even give you community service on top of it.
