Was it rape? Or was I to blame?

Well, I'm 14 and just yesterday I went t a friends house to drink and watch movies while he was in town. My friend is 17, and his roommate is 20. We started drinking and playing beer *****, and I ended up drinking about 4 mixed drinks with wisers. Anyway, after I was feeling pretty drunk they took my shirt off, and my bra. I told them that I wanted to get dressed and stop and watch a movie and they kept going. They both started touching me and my breasts, and I finally stood up and said I wanted to stop and watch a movie or I was leaving. They told me to go pick a movie from his bedroom, and they followed me there. One of them started making out with me and the 20 yr old started trying to take off my underwear. I told them I wanted to keep them on, and that wanted to get dressed. Anyway, they kept taking turns holding me down and having their way with me for about 2 hours, and I was crying on and off the whole time. I feel partially to blame because it kinda felt good, and thats why I feel it was kind of my fault. I think I really could have tried harder to stop them, and that I should have been more assertive. When they finally stopped I asked for the phone and they just came back with more alcohol and told me to stop crying. The 20 yr old hit me really hard on the back and pushed me alot. I don't know what to do... I shoudn't have been drinking with them.. but.. I didn't want any of it to happen.. but I kinda enjoyed it.. and at the same time hated it. I don't know what to think.

I told my boyfriend and him and his friends went over there. The cops showed up and arrested the 20 year old, but the 17 is getting off free. Do you think I'll have to go to court?

1. Even if you were of age, you said no.
2. At 14, you are under the age of consent. Even if you said yes they could be charged with statuary rape.

Yes it's rape, he took advantage, and if your having doubt about the situation you got into, there is already something wrong, and you know it, tell a confident, like a school councilor if you don't feel confident about reporting it, but I think its recommendable to tell an adult, and not a load of your friends. That is felony RAPE. Just becuase you got stimulated doesn't mean that it is consent. Your brain was making your mouth say NO and that is what matters. Even if it felt good it is still rape. Rape rape rape and you could take them to court and have them put away for a very long time.

You were raped simply by the fact that one of these guys was 20. You need to go and get the morning after pill (called plan b) get tested for std's at the doctor or public health clinic, press charges against these idiots, tell your parents, and get some help for yourself. Your self respect is pretty low.
