So I take a criminology class and we sometimes have to fill out crime report papers.
We write down more recent crimes (like within a year) about the location, suspects, evidence, victims, etc on a sheet of paper.
I tried googling some good sites to find a place where I can find some good crimes to write about, but I haven't been able to find any good ones.
So do you know of any websites that give details about crimes?
They have to be crimes that are more recent and have already went to court and everything. They have to be people who were convicted of some important crime, preferably federal ones. So basically, I need a website that has recent cases on it.
If you could give me even one link that would really help me out.

I have done a paper in my Statistics class and I use crime for my paper. The best websites to look is the government websites. I live in NYC. It was easy to find. I look at each district or precinct and compared the crime rate.
