There is no one all end off website for free records and background checks. What you can do is find out where the person has lived and check the clerk of the court's website to see any cases brought from them or to them. Civil and criminal.

There are no free sites. I would suggest using beenverified.com, they have a great service and it is affordable.

i do not know of any one site that gives anything except for most recent address. if you have the name and addr, you should be able to do some old fashioned leg work down at the court house. that's why they are called public records.

some licensed professional fields have capability to look at tax records and such, for example Realtor.

All these answers are correct. There is no totally free search. I can recommend going to http://www.crimcheck.com/freerecords.htm. There you can do your own research and get the information to do your own check.
