lol bring a textbook or a really thick book with you. If you aim it right, you can knock them clean out and there won't be much fuss. I know this because my friend snuck up behind me today in school an clocked me with their binder. I almost fell out lol
But uhh... thugs? Calling the police would probably be more effective. I suggest you get them to handle it... who knows? The thugs might have bigger books than you and crush you with them.

Anything you hit them with could result in a charge, including your hands. Depending on the likelihood of injury, it could even result in an 'assault with a deadly weapon' charge.
'Messing with me' doesn't constitute a threat to your life; in fact, it doesn't even clearly communicate any threat at all. 'had it with them' demonstrates that your reaction is premeditated.
Consider this: If you are able to communicate this problem on Yahoo Answers and seek guidance, you clearly have other options to deal with the problem besides waiting for a confrontation to occur so that you can manufacture a reason to hit them with something.
If we are talking about a 'school bus', then you need to communicate the problem to your parents and to the school.
If we are talking about a 'transit bus' then you need to take a different route.
...Follow the logic? Hitting someone 'in self defense' is a last resort, and by last that means you literally have no other recourse - including running away. |
