In the UK?

The subject of 'ROAD KILL'.... If I'm driving behind you and a deer jumps out in front of you and you hit it and kill it, it's illegal for you to pick it up. However, I can stop and pick it up and take it home to feed my family.

You would be 'done' for poaching if you picked it up, yet I merely cleared the public highway and did my bit for the community.

Not sure if it's a state law (I am in Michigan) but there was one that stated once married, the husband had control of the wife's hair. meaning she could not get it cut etc. without his permission. (of course this was not enforced any longer, if ever).

lets start out by saying the truth;
just because a bunch of insecure control freaks get all dressed up, go to a fancy building, call themselves some title and make up and print rules, statutes, ordinances, etc. does not mean they are real "laws" and that we must bow to our knees and obey their their fictitious legalism.
All legalism is created from insecurity and desire to control others, so all of it is stupid.

Some of the stupidist statutes I know are;
- Forced Breath and blood test for DUI and DWI.
- Birth certificates, Drivers Licenses and ID, forced to be numbered, (this is supposed to be Free country not a prison camp)
- Marriage laws, the state should have no part of "Holy" matrimony.
- IRS, Taxes
- federal reserve (corrupt monetary system)- slavery to a monetary/legal system.
- States building roads everywhere without the peoples vote (there are so many roads now that animals have no place to live and migrate)

I can go on and on, the government system is corrupt, the U.S. is more of a prison than a place to live and be free.

A Bus Driver can urinate against his front tyre if he is caught short. I am told that this old law has never been repealed!

It would be the whole of the 'Human Rights Act' for me.

It's being twisted by solicitors and barristers in a way that is not in the spirit of the Act.

How many immigrant criminals have been allowed to stay in this country because to ship them home allegedly breaches their human rights. Instead we allow them to stay in this country and make our own people suffer as a result of the crimes they commit.

They rip up and confiscate masses of plants and with a few seeds we just grow a load more. You know its like banning lettuce or cauliflower or something because marijuana is one of the easiest and most adaptable plants to grow and always yields a good crop with a little simple know how. The even more stupid bit is you can legally possess the seeds but not the marijuana. You have a country swilling itself down the gutter with alcohol yet weed is illegal. Britain will NEVER stop the use of weed.
The best they can and should do is follow the example of the Netherlands where it is tolerated in a licensed and mildly controlled way.

The trouble with britains law is they refuse to move with the times and have these well out dated old fart pompous traditions that cost them millions and yet they will not let go of any of them.

Who cares. Let the place go to absolute hell for me.
