She shouldn't be getting in the way of a police officer on the way to an urgent call. Where was she driving to, anyway? Probably some place inconsequential like a friend's house or to the mall. |

Well Prussian Blue one shot in many, you have proved that the police are just like everyone else when it comes to being faced with going to jail and for the company paying a hugh law suit, which they should. These police officers are at fault and should be dealt with to the fullest prosecution. Speeding police car, recorded by the gps and a printout was documented. The grieving parents were turning but did not see the speeding police car. From what i have read the police officer was in the wrong by not having the lights flashing ot audio alert sounding to alert the other motorist. For the lack of the police department not providing the complaints lawyer with the proper black box as evidence but a printed out paper doesn't prove the officer was in the right of way due the the officers negligence. |
