What are the consequences of breaking a signature bond in wisconsin?

when my ex signed his $500 signature bond, one of the conditions was to have zero contact with me. that same night, he texted me 11 times, therefore breaking his bond. obviously the da has to decide whether to prosecute him for this, and if he does, he'll have to pay the $500, but are there any other consequences of this?

That is called "bail jumping". He will be returned to jail on the original charge, plus have to answer to the new one.
