It would depend on how high up on the back of your head it was, how sharp the weapon was and how much force was behind the blow. Scalp wounds do tend to bleed profusely, so blood would be a sure thing.

If the blow was low and too close to your neck, you could get paralyzed or killed pretty quickly.

Too high and you could get partially scalped.

Right in the middle of the head but without sufficient force or a sharp enough edge and you'd be ok once you got what was left of your scalp put back together.

If there was sufficient force and/or blade sharpness, you'd probably be dead pretty quickly or brain-damaged at a minimum.

Well I would say that you may either die depends on the damage that was caused and the dept of the puncher. Other than that you might live if the person did not hit and main vain.

You would most likely die if you were not rushed to the hospital, put on medical treatment, and healed.

The only way to be healed is if there was a miracle, everything went perfect in surgery/medications, you had support, and if you had the will power to survive!

P.S. I would not recommend asking anyone to do this because I do not know anyone that has survived being stabbed multiple times to the head!
