they said that they were going to come and pick this person that i know because he wouldn't talk to them drug related he got out and he has not done anything else can they just come and get him on the same charges

you cant do anything about bad police,i dont know what good police are,just dont mess with them or complain or they will destroy you,just try to keep away from them. |

Kind of getting sticky right there, but say that they had "Joe" in custody and he told the detectives that if they would let him go, he would snitch for them. So they let him go on whatever charge they had.
Now, "Joe" thinking that he was free and clear never delivered the information he told them he would get for them...and so now, yes, they can come pick him up on a warrant. |
