What can i do about this crazy window breaking psycho?

So, i've always gotten some trouble from my boyfriend's exgirlfriend. But Last night, I came out of his house around 9 and i had three cracks in my windshield. Of course i thought it was her but there really wasnt anyway to prove that. So we left to the movies and when we came back, we found out that the window on his mom's car was shot with a bb gun and completely shattered it. She didnt call the police though and I think she should. I really think it was my bf's ex. We know for a fact she has a bb gun and she knows my car. I was parked about 2 houses down from my bf's house. No other car was shot.

Well the police should have been involved, whether you think it is your boyfriend's ex or not. The only thing you can really do about it now is to call them and file a report. They will probably ask you for names if you have any "enemies" or such. There is not much they can do about it now, but at least a report will be filed, and they may keep an eye out in your neighborhood.

Get prof first before you act. But also take extra care in your personal protection. Stay away from isolated areas, carry some mace, & let people know where you are going and when you will return.

You can report both incidents and have the police give you copies of the reports, for starters. You can't prove anything right now, but having reported it and telling the police (who should ask) that you suspect a certain person will help you in the future when something occurs that you have witnesses to. If things like this happen, and there are no witnesses, there is legally nothing the police can do. If you have a video, witness, or something else to document the person actually committing the incident, then there is something to go on. Put out the word that the incidents have been reported, and if the word gets around to this individual, it may be enough of a threat to get that person to stop any further harassment. Sounds like this person is engaging in some behavior that could be considered "stalking" in some states. You need to ask the local authorities about that and if there's anything else you could do (like get a restraining order) to get this stopped. Good luck.

Your insurance should cover the cost of the broken windshield.
Same with his mom's car.
Um, maybe try setting up some sort of video surveilance and see if it happens again. Because unless you catch her in the act, there's no way to prove she did it.
Also, I think it's a good idea to make a police report anyway though, not just for insurance purposes, but also to have it on record in case she does do more damage later.

If I were you, I would let a hidden video camera run all night...then that way you can get the proof it's her. But, I would make a police report regardless, that way when she does get caught you can prove she does the other vandalism's. Good Luck!,,,,
