They have to have given you a command of stop to have it be resistive. A crook knowing they are say at his house and he eludes them, gets caught elsewhere, well they have eluding them, but that depends on the original charge.
A Misdemeanor can't be made a Felony if you have no one in harm trying to elude say by leaving somewhere or a location due to a tip off. And no one or nothing is in peril.
Underage, you need to get straight as that means you are down a bad road. Forget these charges, worry as to where your heading and those charges.
Become a Cop rather than Running from em.
Get in MMA get good, join the local Police force and kick butt on the bad guys. |

That's a bad idea. Depending on what you did..you could get fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest...and if you try to fight back...well then you have battery on a LEO. Another thought is that you run the chance of getting tazed depending on what you do.
You have a choice. Don't choose the one you mentioned. |

Lets see resiting law enforcement, if you ram a car, assault and if you kill someone vehicler manslaughter. Underage in some states it does matter you can be tried as an adult. Plus whatever crime was commited. |

In Florida it would be "Resisting Arrest Without Violence." The charge is a misdemeanor.
You also might get a beating once you get caught.
So you'll end up going to jail hurt and tired. |

Depends on what you got caught for. I wouldn't rule out felony charges. |

Escape / Fleeing / Attempt to Elude / Resisting Arrest plus whatever other charges you rack up as you try to get away, for example: fail to stop @ stop sign or hit & run. It just depends on the case and maybe how often you've run from the police.
Running from the police is really foolish & stupid to begin with. Why have more charges added if you are eventually going to get caught anyway???
