well it looks white its not !! but actually the hairs are almost clear and tranclucent , , so technically its not coloured / or white

polar bears have black skin with a translucent fur that can appear any color depending on their environment. The follicles are hollow; if the bear was exposed to unusual amounts of algae, they'd turn green. It's happened before at a zoo in germany, and they simply dyed their fur bleach blond so they'd appear white again.
