Just follow the PROVEN methods of Sheriff Joe Apario.

He makes prison life a living HELL so inmates DON'T WANT to go back to prison.

THAT is the only "method" that works.....

It shouldn't be about "rehabilitation". It should be about being punished for what was done wrong. It's prison, not therapy.

Have 'em make little rocks out of big ones with a sledge hammer for four years and I'll bet they may think twice before their next crime.
