It is unlikely that he your friend will go to jail, unless this is a regular occurrence.
One of the least favorite things that doctors and nurses like to do is to deal with people who have overdosed. I have heard of doctors that TRY to make it as uncomfortable as possible for the person. They will usually stick a hose (a little smaller in circumference than a garden hose) from the mouth into the stomach and start pumping.
If your friend took Ecstasy, it would be best that he go to the hospital. But the overall best thing would have been not to take any in the first place. |

What can happen?
If he does not go you will have a funeral for him.
The doctors in ER see this all the time, a report may be done if he does not have a prescription and the amount taken.
Will he go to jail, doubt it but a report should be done. |
