What could have been done to save that 7 year old girl who was murdered by the police recently? Any procedures, protocols ect that were not followed in the events that led to police shooting and killing an innocent little girl as she slept?

The first thing you need to do is recognse that there is a difference between an accident, negligence and homicide.
Before you can start claiming 'murder' you have to ensure that you have all of the facts. And ony the people who trained that SWAT team knows what protocols and procedures were reguired.
BTW - anybody notice that the person who was wanted for murder that the police were after gets go criticism from the 'hate the police' crowd? I guess that you think that what he did was OK because he wasn't a cop?
