Murder,
Vehicular Manslaughter while DUI,
Rape,
Child Molestation,
Child Rape,
Child Abuse resulting in severe disability,
and possibly even Domestic Assault after 3 offenses. |

it is so easy for all of us to say what deserves corporal punishment however some answers seem to think that it means the same as capital punishment, whereas corporal punishment means beatings/flogging and child violent abuse, capital punishment means most of the time the death sentence, on a personal level i do not truly believe that either really has a place in modern society as it only breeds more violence and says that it is ok to beat other people and, as with the occasional wrong death of innocent people the same can happen with giving someone a beating, what do you say to james lathen who was beaten fifteen times in singapore for stealing when later it was discovered he was totally innocent, and thats only one example,
briefly touching on the death sentence, ithink it should only be carried against crimes against the country i.e terrorism, treason etc |

What is corp punishment, ????. These people desirve HARSHER TIMES to keep them out of our communites so I can walk down the road and say hello to someone without getting knocked over. Were have the real people gone. |

The punishment should fit the crime....kill and be killed. Rape and be raped.........go thieving in your local ASDA and have your bloody hands chopped off.
The court system is so crap that its about time we gave criminals a REAL punishment for a change........they'll learn 'em!!!!! |

I think you mean capital punishment, the death penalty? If I'm right, none, unless you want to be as guilty as the person who commits the crime. Corporal punishment is often used in schools, such as spanking, this puts people in authority on a power trip like they don't have enough arrogance under thier belt, no one should be hurt that way, microchips are the only way out of it, murders stop, drugs stop, child molesters stop... |
