What do I do if an officer takes my money?

I was stopped for what they call speed was greater than reasonable. The officer found that I was driving on a suspended lisence and asked me for the key to the car. As I was taking the key off the key chain, I asked him if I could get a receipt for the key and for his credentials. I was then grabbed by he and another officer and taken to the ground. after he found my key on the ground, he sat me on the curb for a few minutes and the came over and took the cuffs of and gave me a ticket,my lisence my money that was folded and they left. Upon counting my money, I found that $300.00 was missing. This happened in Phoenix and I need to know what to do or who to contact without being harrassed.
