When a law is first introduced in front of a committee, what does it look like? I've looked all over the Internet and can't find any examples, could you guys find any for me?

They aren't anything spectacular. They are basically just a written document that has the proposed text, the lawmaker that has proposed it, any lawmakers who are co-signing or sponsoring it, and supporting info.
