I think anyone willing to kill themselves in the name of any religion would have to be completely devoted to and absorbed by their faith to go through with it. I imagine their last thoughts were prayers. At least that'd be what I'd be doing if I was them.

When Bush Jr. was selected they were thinking, "those stupid Americans, we have to do something to wake them up".Then when Bush went to Iraq instead of going after the terrorists they said" That stupid Bush, he can't find us". Now they are thinking"Those stupid Americans they still have that stupid Bush for their President. Let's wait and see if they are so stupid to elect McCain".

This video still gives me chills everytime I watch it. I joined the Coast Guard a few months after this happened- When I was stationed in NY I met a father who lost a son that day- he told me all about it - I couldn't imagine going through something like that.

I really don'tt think that they were "thinking" at all! They were brain washed from a very young age by supposed holy men who believe that their religion is the only religion and are very closed minded.
I would sure like to see in black and white in their holy texts where it says to kill anyone who does not believe the same way!!

I could see the planes fly through the sky towards the towers watching as the first plane hit the tower but not expecting the it to happen the heart felt actions of people as the concrete and dust started to fall amongst the people and the second plane and flew into the tower . Why does a terrorist do the things they do as being influenced by others to commit crimes against humanity taking away liberty and freedoms from all as the people walked threw the choking dust what seemed to be act act not by all but by individaul who would even kill there own people to get there way .My heart is the star from the flag of America and the stripes of the flag are my veins.I have written this to many.Thank you.

As a man from NY who's wife lost her cousin that day, I can tell you that they are dead wrong! Even if the above is true, Killing innocent people doesn't count. I hope they are enjoying the heat in Hell.

I think they had to be totally absorbed in their thoughts of doing it for their Doctrinal beliefs . It was such a hideous undertaking, that they might well have been in a trance of just finishing the job, and committing suicide as quickly as possible. Once they started their ugly deed it was too late to turn back. They were trapped

Do you really think they did it because of a religios belief? It was a plan to attack the US government. They didnt go to normal towers they went towards buildings that were important. This is a Bush family problem thats what it is. Even though they did this, I think it was wrong sending the troops to Iraq

they were thinking exactly what their leaders wanted them to think.. they were brain washed and made to believe that what they were doing was noble and honorable, they believed we were the enemy, they had no thoughts or remorse for the dead or what might be the dead because they were drilled day after day that the U.S. was the enemy, and that "allah" was great, etc... I know its hard for most people to grasp, but these people actually thought they were doing the right thing,, they did not know anything different.
