I was reading the paper and I saw that someone got arrested for being a public nuisance, or for public nuisances.
I'm curious--What kind of things does someone do to be arrested for a public nuisance?

It could have been a myriad of things .. most likely they were drunk or yelling obscenities, flashing someone, loitering .. just being obnoxious. They were probably children present and someone called the authorities. I honestly wish more people would get involved when someone is being disorderly like that. |
