First off, don't say that to the officer. It doesn't help anything. Second, he will probably arrest you and you will eventually be charged with Aggravated Assault of the Police Officer.

regardless of whether you're black or white or purple or green you will be arrested for assault on an police officer. check with you're local law enforcement office and they will definatly tell you the same thing. it's not about race in this situstion it's about respect
