For the first offence it's up to the court to consider, don't automatically think that if it is your first offence that you will get off lightly.
The maximum penalty for being caught in posession of a class A drug is seven years imprisonment and/or a fine.
For posession with intent to supply, life imprisonment and/or a fine.

What really happens is that this crime will follow you for the rest of your life, meaning when you go look for work expect a lot of rejection...
I suggest you hire a good lawyer who can get it reduce to a lesser charge....If it's your first offence. |

Misconception there is no legal right to class A drugs even for personal use you will be charged and get a fine or community service if the amount is small larger amounts get time! |
