What happens if you don't pay your 5 over speeding ticket right away?

I was driving in Bay City and I got pulled over for going five over and my plate light was out. What is going to happen to me? Its been about 2 weeks now.

Your best bet is to contact the courts and ask them these questions. They are the ones who will process your ticket and will know all the laws and regulation. You should also ask the courts if you are allowed to take a driving school class. This will prevent your insurance from going up and points from being placed on your license. Just make sure you get the courts permission before doing so. If you don’t the courts will reject your driving school certificate. Good luck!

Go pay your ticket. Don't mess around or you'll get a stiffer fine for irresponsible behavior. Traffic laws are their for safety, so follow them.

get a continence if you can not pay the fine on time. On your court date go talk to the cities/county prosecuting attorney and see if you can double the fine and get the ticket put as a non-moving violation to keep it off your record. and then you should be able to get the light out dropped by taking your car up to the court house to prove that it is fixed now.

You should have some time to pay it, if you dont then a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
