i got sue in Peru while i was living in USA and i didn't show up to court, because i couldn't travel to Peru, it has been almost a year and half and i want to go back there to visit for a week. Am i going to be arrested? Do i have to pay a fee? i lost the case because i didn't show up.

My dad sued me because he wanted to stop the child support money i was getting. he won.

It would be well worth the monies to consult a lawyer in Peru, since very good chance once you consent to the jurisdiction of Peru i.e. traveling to the country, there is a very good chance you could be detained until restitution is made

Well i dont know much about the court system but i can tell you if you do go visit Peru again, they will find you and you probably be in trouble
