You go to jail, no way around it. The third one was a felony and according to Arizona law you should have done jail time after it, the fourth one is a felony and you will go to jail unless your dad is a state attorney or senator or something.

They put you in jail for being too dumb to learn from past mistakes. At 4 DUIs there is no doubt about you being a public nuisance. Sorry there is no way to sugar coat it. |

Your friend needs serious help.
One DUI is a life altering event, but FOUR?!!! In my State (California) she wouldn't be driving again until she was about 79 and probably couldn't afford the insurance. I would say her driving days are over for a while.
Now, ...if you are truly her friend, you need to help her. A 4th DUI is someone who has a serious drinking problem. The court may beat you to this, but you need to get her into some sort of treatment program. She'll deny she has a drinking problem and get so pissed off at you that you will believe she hates you. But someone needs to intercede for her, ...because she's been damned lucky that she hasn't killed either herself or someone else so far.
The Judge will be hard on her this time. She'll do some time (maybe as much as five years) and I doubt that Arizona will ever allow her to drive again. I'm sure they will mandate some sort of alcohol rehab for her, ...but you as her friend need to be there for her, ...even if she doesn't want you to be. Eventually she will see that she can't be allowed to make choices in her own life for a while, because she has a habit of turning a 3000 lb. vehicle into a one and-a-half ton weapon.

3 DUIs in the state of GA, leads you (I mean your friend) getting her DL suspended for up to 5 years. If she would by any chance get caught a 4th time, then she turns in a Habitual Violator, which turns into a felony and having your license completely revoked. |

The best thing you can do now is ask about rehab and take it very seriously. I had a friend who was drinking and had an accident with with his 2 year old child inside the car. The child nearly lost her life and my friend consequently did 3 years in prison for it. So I tell you to truly get help before you become like this friend of mine. |
