What happens if you use a fake ID?

You go to "fake" jail with all the other fakers.

The bouncer may even rough you up a little.

your ID gets taken away, and if they choose to call the police, then you'll get in legal trouble. you aren't getting in, and they WILL recognize a fake. don't waste your money buying one. just wait until you are legal.

keep in mind that there are a lot of undercover cops, or cops moonlighting as bouncers, depending on the club.

You get detained by the security, get arrested by a fake cop, taken to a fake magistrate, then taken to a fake jail where you have to post a fake bond, then wait for a fake trial where you'll be sentenced to a fake six months and have a fake record for presenting a fake ID for the rest of your life. Then you wake up and find out the dream is real.
The sad part of all this is that your real identity is placed on record on the Homeland Security logs through the police report.

depending on whether or not charges are pressed...you'll go home or go to juvenile hall (jail for minors)

dont waste the money or risk on a fake ID
the bouncers and bar tenders now a days are getting hit hard and the get actual training in recognizing fake IDs. The club or bar can get into TONS of trouble if a minor is caught inside...so they don't wannt anyone under 21 either

Don't do it. You'll be in a lot of trouble. That's considered a forged document, and very illegal. They will call the police.

if its a non -alcohol thing usually they'll just throw you out. but i believe it is a felony to be making fake ID's so it kind of depends on what those people want to do, if they want to make an example of you to scare other kids, or just be cool and just tell you to leave.

In this day of 'homeland security', you can be arrested and charged with a felony for ficticious identification.

If you are using another person's identity and posing as them, then you'll have multiple felonies.

don't say you're 21 if its only 18 and up.. say you're 18.. You would pass for an 18 year old but not a 21 year old if your only 17. they do reject you and possibly call the cops to be on the safe side dont use a fake id in the first place!

They take your ID and call the police. Which means you end up going to prison.

Most clubs and some bars will just tell u to take a hike and send u on your way. But if u were to be confronted by the police there could be serious fines. but it depends on the state.

most 18 plus clubs will not let 21 year olds in the club. They would just reject you stating that you are to old.

you just get rejected. i had a friend who looked just like her 2 older sisters. so she used one of their ids to go out.

It is up to their discretion.If they feel like it they can have you held until police arrive and have you arrested.

okeyyy check this outt...i got poss of a fake id by a minor..BUT am 20!!! its just that i lost mine,and my friend lend me hers so i can get in,um yeahh didnt thk would be a big deal,but when they ask for her name didnt know..so they told the cop and wrote me upp..wats next?? like how is this ganna work??..if it was cux i lost mine..and am not a minor...thought it woulda been harmless,was not even ganna drink put it that way..what now..am a ganna have court..or wats the deilo..please respond...:X!!??
