Well your parents will be notified and by legal assessment they may or may not be able to do much except give you a fine or keep you in holding till you are sober. If you are a minor and caught drinking then the officer cannot do much at the station till a parent or guardian is present. Good Luck |

They will make you dump all liquor and they will call your 'rents.
If there are people over the legal drinking age with you allowing you to drink then they're in trouble. |

depends, sometimes they will call your parents and have them drop you off in their custody, but most of the times, they write you a ticket for minor consumption. I dont no what degree of offense it is, but i no they can be a real pain to deal with. Hopefully your a minor so it doesnt go on a public record!

Thank whoever catches you for doing you a favor before you ended up behind the steering wheel of a car and possibly ending up seriously injured, disabled or dead. Maybe causing injury or death to another and spending years behind bars. Sounds like fun doesn't it? |
