What happens to me for theft?

i am 14 years old and took a cell phone out of a locker and now have a theft record.. i have to go to the prison tommorrow.. what will happen to me?.. please include details.. thanks

first at 14 you do not go to 'prison'.. you go to juvenile detention which is summer camp compared to prison...

What was your sentence?

more than likely for a cell phone it would be petty theft depending on the jurisdiction, serve your 30-180 days and get out, then keep your fuxxing hands out of other peoples stuff

you can get 30- 120 days for pinching a phone in america????... at aged 14???.... my god the little yobs over here don't know how easy they get it....

that doe's seem a little harsh....
