husband was arrested after breaking bail, and is currently in jail but is refusing to be booked in but the jail staff . what will happen now. they said he wont go to court till he gets booked in he broke his bail by getting caught drinking again for the 3rd time. was on bail for battery , no he is not on paper and we live in wisconsin

They sit in a cell until the process gets done, period. He's only making it harder on himself. |

He does not need to agree to be booked in. They have his past record with all his info.They may just let him sit in a cell for a while. Hope whoever posted his bail realizes that they are responsible for his actions. |

they'll find a way to book him. In jail it is wise to cooperate. If he pisses off the co's they will make his stay there as unpleasant as possible. |
