he was ares ted in 2002 for dui plead guilty to dwi and instead of going to the sentencing hearing he went to the hospital for treatment alcohol

First thing that should happen, because this can get way out of hand as far as being expensive, is hire a lawyer: http://lasvegasnevadadui.com/index.html The lawyer should take care of any bench warrants and talk down any and all sentencing. As far as felony, that would come from the accusation, not during sentencing phase. |
