The term "child abuse" has no standard definition and keeps evolving. For instance, denying bubble gum to a child 15 years ago might have been considered "good parenting". Now-a-days greedy lawyers may sue institutions (schools, hospitals, etc.) for denying gum, calling it child abuse.
The first step, in your question, is to limit some of the definitions and so-called examples of child abuse.
Have you noticed the number of legislators that claim to act for "the children"? The subject is high on their politically driven agenda. |

Its taking advantage of a child's innocence in emotional terms. By definition, it mosltly means molesting a child. Its horrible..after rape,i think child abuse is the worst crime. To prevent it,just keep a watch out for lil kids..ur niece,kids next door..u never know when a molester is walking by. |
