What is juvenile and what acts would you do to get youself in there ?

how would you get in there.. i dont want to get in there but how would you because lots of kids do bad stuff but not bad enough to end up in juvinile?

Can you get in juvenile for Theft-of weapon, Vandalism, Agressive behaviour, Handling a weapon (knife).?
Just wondering guys... Cause if you cant go to juvenile for thosee.. then whats worst than that to get you into it?

I have only been suspended for these for 3 days and will return to school next week where i have to have a interveiw with police. I did have the weapon held at school and in Public. And i have been told by my principal that a knife is worst than a gun ?

Juvenile is a American prison for children,
You can get into Juvenile for a lot of stuff, murder, assault etc,
Although, I have seen one boy who murdered his own step-mother and didn't go to Juvenile but got charged as a adult with a adult crime and went to adult prison..

Any crime will or could land one in juvenile as an offender, but usually a major crime like above you have asked or over 500 in theft.
Weapons are very dangerous to ave at a school not only for you but someone who takes away from you.

Juvenile detention is basically prison for minors. To get there, do the same crimes that would get an adult in prison. The only difference is that the courts are increasingly focusing on keeping kids out of jail and getting them to do things like community service. All juvie or jail does is teaches them to be better criminals when they get out. People given other sentences are statistically less likely to offend when they finish their sentence.

Let's see:

* Stealing weapons: Very probably.

* Vandalism: Unlikely

* Aggressive behaviour: Not a crime

* Handling a knife: Not going to get you into jail (probably just a fine), and not necessarily a crime- handling a knife on private property is perfectly legal, and it's fine in public as well if you have a legitimate reason (eg you're an electrician). If it was a gun, it would be a different story.

All the items you listed hav a good chance of jail time. But in my school if u hav a wepon u get kicked out for either months or permantly. Trust me,put the wepon down nd just use selfdefense if ur tht worried. Or tell a adult. Cuz my boyfriend had a wepon nd went to use it to protect me nd him. I got suspened for 3-weeks nd he had to go to councling nd kicked out for 6-weeks nd if the councler thought tht he needed more time. Hope this helped!! B careful!! Juvies a bad place!!
