It does depend on the offence, but being polite, speaking clear and fully alert and responsive works wonders for most, and be sure not to say anything that incriminates you |

Never make any, repeat ANY, "deals" or give information without YOUR attorney present. Only the prosecutor can decide whether to proceed or not. Police are just head-hunters and paper-pushers. |
