What is the charge for driving a stolen boat?

these guys i know were stopped and arrested, i'm not sure what the charge was but from what i know, they were towing a boat that i believe was stolen. It is probably worth about $150,000. I know the boat was mint and unharmed. There are a lot of if's and could be's but i know these guys are boat mechanics and i think they were asked to transport the boat without them knowing it was stolen. I really only have a feeling it was stolen but i did see when they were arrested and the boat and truck were towed away. Any ideas how/what kinda charges they could have actually got? the consequences? any ideas?
Additional Details
i know grand theft auto.... but if they was no act... basically they just have possession of it... is it still considered GTA or Possession of Stolen Goods?

Doubt if they would get theft charges, but may something like receiving stolen goods or something along that line.

Could have been a repo gone bad. As soon as the police sort it out those guys should go free.
