Take a brick into a donut shop with you. Order a coffee & donut & enjoy them until an Officer comes by to get their coffee & donuts. Then, throw the brick OUT the window. This way, you can clearly see who is outside & avoid causing any injuries to innocent bystanders. If you throw the brick from the outside to the inside, then you could be thought to be assalting an officer, so it's better to just throw it OUTside & if the Officer sees you doing this, they have to arrest you! I helped someone to actually get themselves arrested so they could go back to the state penn because they just couldn't cut it on the outside & didn't want to live in the streets anymore! It was enough to get her shipped back to her home state where she could get her life back after she was released! She was desperate & no one would help her because she had no ID & she smelled really really bad!!!!!!!!

First I am not sure what the logic here is but. felony or misdemeanor. Felony get caught with a quanity of drugs. but the quickest and most surefire way get caught being drunk behind the wheel. Never get to go always arrested or just walk up and slap a cop. the second one might get you hurt though.

In the UK - I had a friend who would walk home from the snooker club with a bare cue every night and get a lift home because of an "offensive weapon". Tho. that was not an arrest. For a non-criminal arrest a traffic offence is your best bet. Otherwise join an unpopular public demonstration and act lairy.

I always try to not get in trouble when doing something illegal, but that's just me...

You don't have to hit anyone. If you just want he experience of a quasi criminal of misdemeanor arrest just shoplift at a major chain and then act stupid, not hard for someone trying to be arrested, I'm sure.

If you absolutely, positively want to get arrested, you should have a little fun with it while you're at it, right? Why not whip it out in front of a cop (preferably a female cop...even better, a good looking female cop) and hit up a toss.

I mean, if you're going to do something stupid to GET arrested, you might as well get something out of the experience.
