My older bro was caught with marijuna while on probation... on his way to court. I want him to go to my graduation, so when do you think he will get out? Will he get out by May 29th

He violated his probation. He'll likely be in for whatever his remaining sentence originally was. If that time was longer than six weeks, he won't be out by then. |

No one here can tell you. Taking marijuana with you to court is incredibly stupid, but that aside...he may get his probation revoked. If that's the case, he could be sentenced on the original charge that resulted in the probation. His sentence would depend on the nature of that charge. |
