Do you mean what is the difference between DWI and DUI?
DWI(Driving While Intoxicated) is when you are driving a motor vehicle and your blood alcohol is over the legal limit, which is .08 blood alcohol content.
DUI(Driving Under the Influence) is when you are driving a motor vehicle and you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but your blood alcohol content is under the legal limit. |
