What is the point of Death Row if Nobody dies!!?

With the ridiculous amount of appeals available to these inmates someone convicted of death can actually go on living for 20 30 years! Someone explain this to me? Sentenced to death means death last time I checked right? Nope! Apparently taxpayers have to support these scum for decades.

They have to go through all the appeals. When the appeals are exhausted..they set a date for the execution.
But..it is cheaper to keep someone in prison for life then it is to execute them. ( If you don't believe me, check it out)

You are partially to blame. You elect liberal governors and presidents who appoint liberal judges who prolong the process by granting every single motion for a hearing which stretches out the whole thing to 20 - 25 years.

And a HUGE percent of those convicted are INNOCENT.

So, you have no problem with the government murdering thousands of innocent people, WHY, exactly?

There IS no "point" to death row at all. Killing is wrong, as all civilized humans realize. The only "point" is to satisfy the blood lust of those who have no humanity.
