Last year i drove off from a petrol station twice in the same week with someone elses number plates on my car. I am not going to get a conviction for this just a diversion charge which means i just have to pay back the money and a court fee. Now i am qualified in customer service for call centres and i was going to get a job at a bank in the fraud department but with these charges hanging over my head i cant get a job there so where would i get hired where they do not do a criminal history check.

The bank will hire me once the charges have been cleared but not before

Join the army they will take anyone. |

Any non-government job or job that does not deal with children.
But if that is the only thing on your record you have little to worry about, even if they do a background check. |

A lot of applications will allow you to explain. I would be honest about it and see what happens. |

go for the job and don't mention your previous mistakes, misdemeanors are usually history after six months and don't show up on a background checks, sometimes felonies ( more serious) don't show, so go for it and keep your past in the past |
