I was caught with two ecstasy pills and my mom is going to turn me into the police. I havent smoked weed or anything for almost two years and i havent had alcohol for a while. Im 17; 9 months short of 18. Will I get juvie if this is my first offense?

I can't imagine that anything worse than probation will be imposed, and you might even qualify for a diversion (where charges are dismissed if you stay out of trouble). Whatever happens, make sure you obey all the conditions, go to school, obey curfew, etc. |

not for two estasy pills!! your mum is trying to scare you because she wants you to stop and she is correct for doing this to you - taking drugs is silly you could end up dead especially estasy, dont you watch the news or anything - your mum does not want to lose her son to childesh behaviour but if you cant see that yourself then maybe you should go to prison for it - its not worth it in the long run trust me |

Well first off there going to give you this lecture about how that was wrong and how you should be happy that you have a parent who cares for you. If you werent selling it then they MAY give you a warning, probation, curfew (something like pretrial release), or charge you with possession of narcotics. |
