Call 911 and tell them where you are (highway you are on, mile markers, description of the car/driver you see weaving, your name etc.). If while following the car you called 911 about you eventually see a patrol car pull that vehicle over, let the 911 operator know what you have just observed(police officer just pulled the car over). Make sure that you have given your name and telephone number to the 911 operator as the police will probably want to contact you later to get a witness statement from you about what you just observed. When you get home, you should immediately write down what you had observed, everything you saw and observed, as you will need it to refresh your memory of the events that occurred that night or day, whenever this case goes to court (if it goes to court). |

Some states have signs on their highways with a special 3-digit number for that. Otherwise, call 911. Stay on the line, because they may not be able to locate you. You'll probably have to tell them where you are. |

First... you cannot use your mobile while driving to call someone.
Two... as the vehicule is moving... by the time the police respond... the vehicule will be miles away from what you told the police... and unless you are on a highway... impossible to find.
Best thing to do is to take the number of the car and report it. But I doubt that the police would have the time to worry about it. |
