I'd go to the media, National Tabloids etc, let them take it on and then the police will get involved. |

this is a tough one...maybe you should contact the local school district...(maybe take a video of him) for proof.. |

If the police won't do anything he is not breaking the law! You seem to be making a lot of assumptions about this person. Perhaps you should go and have a word with him? He might be backward or not be aware of your concerns! |

Print up some leaflets and deliver them round the neighbourhood so that everyone knows what he is up to |

The police will do nothing about it? Get other neighbors to call and complain about this and they will have to do something. If this person is flashing minors it is illegal and they have to do something about it. |

Go to the press, tabloid papers like the Sun will relish the opportunity to name and shame. |

Get a video of him doing it. Don't let him see you taking it though. Take the video to the police. If they still don't do anything make copies for the parents, teachers, religious leaders and anyone else who may care. Send a few copies to local TV news channels too. In other words DON'T KEEP QUIET ABOUT IT. |

Name and shame is the best way make sure he knows that every single person knows what hes up to, this gives parents chance to protect their children prevent there children walking that way from school, you don't know what danger he could cause. |

If you feel the police are of no use to you, then sir do what any good citizen would do. If however you are just bored, I should move your train, of thought some place more pleasant.

Lodge a complaint against the police. What he is doing IS against the law, it is "indecent exposure" and could also potentially be "Inciting a riot". If this doesn't get anywhere contact The Sun newspaper who will be only to pleased to make capitol out of the situation and present themselves as heroes.
However, Splatweasle (Above) makes a very good point. |

Name and shame them, nothing worse then losing face. Hopefully he'll stop or go away. I had a similar situation at our school. I didn't know it was so common. Its scary |

Write to your local paper, they will send round a reporter and cameraman. If he is doing as you say they will embarrass the police into action. |

Go to a police station say you wish to make a complaint against police for neglect of duty. You will find that they have no choice but to record your complaint and act on the matter. |

demand the police do something! rally all the neighbours! get the medica involved, local paper .... |

Try informing the school where these children are from. They can make all the parents aware and the police may also take more note if a formal complaint comes from a school rather than an individual. It's frightening that not only this is going on but also the police have taken no notice of you. They seem to be more concerned with giving speeding tickets than dealing with these serious and dangerous criminals. |

I was attacked by a neighbour twice and now have a criminal record for affray.
The guy has a friend in the police.
This may be a similar situation. The chap is probably a serving police officer.
I strongly recommend that you do nothing.
You may recall a recent case (reported again in the Independent on Sunday, of a group of paedos who were members of the probation service and took over a childrens home?
Sit back and enjoy the fruits of New Labour and respect the man's civil rights. |
