This type of question should not really be asked in this arena. If you really want to know, for your so called new job, then just ask your boss who is the most appropriate person.
I'm sure your reasons are genuine but some people will take it the wrong way. |

justice for the 96.

you shouldnt ask such questions, you might give the wrong impression |

theres quite a few products that can be used especially in a DIY store.... obviously no going to list them on a site... best thing you can do is talk to your manager and ask them they will le you know what kind of things to be suspicious about |

Ask you're boss, that information is online somewhere I'm sure but I'm not going to repost it. |

this is not appropriate to ask here for safety reasons. Your boss should prepare you for this eventuality. We don't want to give anyone ideas, now. |

Well anyone that would tell you what you need to make a bomb should be brought up on terriorest charges. If you are serious in your post contact your local law inforcement they will tell you. |

You should call the FBI and ask them. Be sure to give them your name and address. I am sure they would make time to come to your house and discuss it with you personally. |

dont bother...you cant start accusing people...are you going to stop people buying nails..in case they use them in a bomb...or a hammer - in case they smash somebodies car window? sorry mate - it cant be done...you will never know what is in the mind of a criminal...if you could do that - you'd be worth a mint!! |

Contact your local police office or local branch of the FBI.
When I worked for Target, we had a visit from an FBI agent due to the meth lab incidents. He gave us posters and flyers for all cashiers of the items that may be purchased by meth lab runners. They will give you a listing of the items that you may need to be on the look-out for. |

We used to make pipe bombs when we were 10 years old, that's over forty years ago. I thought everybody would have known by now! I'm not telling you, anyway. |

Guess who is now a "person of interest". Your boss would have that information. |

I think considering anyone of any age can read the answer to your question then nobody could give a real answer to your question, there are enough problems on some estates without giving out easy access to making bombs. |

"Improvised" bomb-building psychos buy the same kind of materials used by normal people for peaceful legitimate purposes, that's why they're nearly impossible to spot. But if somebody comes into your store and specifically asks for large quantities of ammonium nitrate fertilizer and he doesn't look like a farmer, or wants to purchase short lengths of heavy threaded pipe (with matching threaded end caps) along with cobalt drill bits (possibly intended for making holes for the fuses) and he doesn't look like a plumber or handyman, then that should raise an eyebrow and you may want to ask for his identification. And while you don't want to be accused of racial profiling, it statistically makes sense to pay particular attention to either middle-aged white guys who look like "loners" or young middle-eastern males. |

They'd be picking up gasoline, manure, or dynamite. Of course, most people buying those things just want to gas up the tractor, blow some stumps loose, and fertilize the back forty. There really isn't a way to tell. |

Almost anything can be made into a bomb. The main thing that you need is an combustion point. Many types of liquid. Really not that hard but to make one of big magnitude you would need a lot of these items. And you would have to buy small not to raise suspicion. Plus making bomb's is pointless and just shows how you dont have a life.
Oh and if you see any people who look like they are buying these, inform your local police department.
My name is not in reference to carbombs' its a acronym for a car pack im with. Car (better often more balling). But oh well. |

i wouldn't be surprised if you had a few visitors today after this post. Questions like these should be directed to your local law enforcement office. You really should think next time there are kids out there who are curious about these such things and will research it and questions of this nature are inappropriate for the internet. |

Thats very noble of you to ask for information on this subject.
There is indeed a black list of items, chemicals and propellants that would create a warning when trying to be purchased in certain amounts.
Im sure your intentions are pure, but please understand, that no-one will post you an answer due to simple fact that the answer could in itself give information to certain people to use in a dangerous manner.
Your Shop will already have a suspicious items register,or in the very least the shop/store owner will have contact numbers in case of emergency.
If you want to help in this manner, speak to your boss...or failing that, actually talk to your local Police force, who im sure will be happy to guide you. |
